• You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine winnings or deposits — not bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The account holder and payment method holder must be the same person.

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are displayed at the point of offer and must be read before accepting any bonus.

Most bonuses awarded by 2jj bet are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn. 2jj bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer, using specific betting strategies designed to defeat wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus whoring"), placing bets on excluded games or markets using bonus funds, and collusion between multiple account holders to generate bonus-funded winnings.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 2jj bet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if a clear pattern of abuse is established.

All bonuses and free spins awarded by 2jj bet carry an expiry period, which is stated in the individual offer terms. Bonuses not claimed within the offer period and bonus funds not wagered within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the account balance.

2jj bet offers casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, Jackpot Slots, and Cockfighting. All casino games are powered by certified third-party game providers using audited RNG (Random Number Generation) systems. Sports betting and Cockfighting markets are offered at odds determined by 2jj bet and its data and trading partners.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a game, 2jj bet reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Apparent wins generated by a software malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured. 2jj bet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any voided rounds.

Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to your designated PKR payment method after standard KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

2jj bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
